Hi Alycia,

Here's a link to a short video Dr. McDougall made regarding his recommendation for B12 supplementation: https://tinyurl.com/39jdvmmx . You'll have to go all the way to the end to hear his recommendation for dosage: 5 micrograms of B12 per day. However, you will be hard-pressed to find any B12 vitamins with that dosage; most tablets are either 500 micrograms or 1000 micrograms. Most of the doctors I've heard discussing B12 state that it is almost impossible to overdose on B12 and recommend taking one of the commonly-available tablets once or twice a week.
