Hi Tassie
The best book on type 2 diabetes is Dr. Barnards Program for Reversing Type 2 diabetes. Dr Barnard explains how eliminating oils and animal products can reverse type 2 diabetes.
However there is so much free information on this site. Go to the hot topics section on the homepage and look up diabetes or use the search engine on the homepage. Also read star mcdougallers.
Good luck
you can check the website at

I just order the book.
I took a quick look at that site last night I'll be checking it again(I was sleepy).
I had oatmeal cinnamon/bananna
What do I do while I'm waiting for the book should I join the MWL.
Thanks

HI Tassie
That is great that you ordered book!! IN the meantime here is more information for you to look over. And yes, joining MWL would be a good idea if you have a lot of weight to lose
