Trying It Out!

Hey! I've been a McDougaller since July. I've lost 25 pounds so far and have at least 30 more to go. I love this way of eating, but I've been eating more flour and bread lately, so my weight loss has come to a crawl. I'm going to start following MWL, exercising, and posting to this board. I can't wait to hear your stories, get and give support, and celebrate each success!
