Lots of exercise can result in weight loss? New study

Jeff, new study shows exercise - but a lot of it - seems to result in weight loss.

Studies come and go.

Most never get replicated.

If your review my thread on the exercise and the information on the exercise paradox, its not about one study and this was covered (in general).

PS, let’s just assume for a minute it is true. Exercise calories out count 100% against calories in. The only thing this means is that there is something dramatically wrong with their diet that it takes so much exercise to create a energy deficit.
