I wish they went more into details of those who were the 15-19% and >20% losers and how they did it (diet, exercise, education, income, behavior, support, etc) as losing and maintaining that kind of wt loss in a usual study is big news. The average is 5-10%.

Maybe they been reading our Forums :)

Has their ever been a study where they actually paid people to lose weight and keep it off? The more loss the more $$?
