1) What is the correlation between weight of fat eaten vs the amount of weight we store/gain?
That is to say if we eat one pound of fat does it put one pound of fat on our fat stores.
Can we store more weight than fat weight eaten?

2) Is all fat the same calories?
I realize not all foods have the same amount of fat and so they can have a different calorie count. But of the part of food that is actual fat stuff is that fat stuff all the same calorie.

thanks

There are way to many variables and conditions involved to come up with any exact formula.

While weight of food consumed seems fairly constant over time to the individual, body weight is related to overall energy balance over time.

However, you may benefit from this discussion on, Math, Obesity & You: Is a Calorie Still a Calorie?

Remember, this program is based on calorie density and the counting (and weighing) of food is not recommended and takes the focus away from the principles or program, which work when applied.

I think your interpretation is different then my intention. It sounds like you are trying to condense all of metabolism into a simple formula, which can’t be done.
