most/least reactive green leafy veg

Hi Jeff,

In your experience, have you noticed that any particular green leafy veg (or group, like the brassicas) is more or less likely to be reactive in someone with autoimmune issues?

Do you have a general recommendation on which to start with on an elimination diet,

and, lastly,

Do you think that they are all best cooked during an elimination diet?

Thanks; I can't seem to find any real answers to this online.

Yes. Cruciferous veggies, tomatoes, celery and corn

When working with people on the ED, many already have an idea of foods they are reacting too based on their experience so thats also a good place to start.

One has to experiment. For some, the summer squashes seem to the least reactive.

All veggies (and fruits) should be cooked during the early phases of the elimination diet.
