Somebody recently asked me if I would share my Top Ten picks from "1000 Vegan Recipes" to date. I'm only about 20% through the book at this point, having made around 220 of the recipes so far. I found it quite hard to narrow it down to just 10, I can only imagine what my favorites list will look like once I've worked my way completely through all the recipes!!
