Not sure why I am up. I was totally on plan yesterday. It can't be salt as I am not adding any salt to anything and everything is no salt added or fresh. Weird.
Breakfast -
1.5 cup rice
Lunch -
1.5 cups rice
2 cups lentil soup
2 cups southern greens
Watermelon
Dinner -
1 cup rice
1/2 cup garbanzo beans
1 cups broccoli

Hi Teresa! Don't worry about your weight, mine fluctuates hourly!
I finally was able to log in now, super busy day. Cleaning, beach, park, watched a movie.... Tired now! Your food looks great for today!! I have decided to do MWL w/some reg mcd plan. See how it goes... How was your day?

Thank you both! I know the weight does go up and down. I was so excited yesterday so was a bit sad today. Oh, no worries and I on plan and staying there. =)

Thanks Beans! Doing pretty well. I am going to be super busy the next 2 weeks so probably won't be on here this afternoon. But I will try to post my plan for eating the night before. =) Thanks for checking on me.

no worries about not logging in as much, some days I have a hard time, especially when I go back to work... Hope your having a great day!

Thanks beans! I went down again today. I am excited to start seeing some results, but who knows what tomorrow will bring, but I do know I have been completely on track and that is what matters. =)

Ok so here is how it panned out!!
salad with rice vinager
3 pieces white french bread, no butter or anything on it
1/2 cup Strawberry Sorbet
Snack -
baked tofu about 80 calaries 1/4 of a package
Strawberries
not the best day, but I have done worse.
