Really sick today, so no additional exercise aside from Physical Therapy drills & exercises. 3 meals today, I was really just wanting comforting starches and fruit, so I treated myself a bit more than I normally would. I REALLY hate being sick!
My pain level was really mild today, but I did also take it really easy.
