Saturday: 20 K cycle

D: huge potato and red kidney bean and tomato soup, oats

Just to round off January: I lost 6 inches and 1 pants size! YAY!

I am continuing into Feb, but won't be journalling - too busy.

I'm looking forward to what the next few months have to bring and hope to drop to a SA size 10 -US size eight- in the next 4-6 weeks.

This WOE is the best! NO hunger, no cravings...just a lot of healthy food....and every day I feel slimmer. Makes me so happy!
