Hi Teresa! Yes I am doing the regular program, but with no nuts/seeds for now. Makes life a little easier. I so need to start exercising more. I fell off that wagon a long time ago
So you have 3 days off! Thats great! I go back to work Tuesday after having 3 weeks off...
eeeek....
Yes sometimes challenges stress people out. I like the support and I will just continue following regular program and see how it goes.
Keep eating what your eating, your doing great. The weight will come off!!

I think the weigh is starting to move. I have my long run tomorrow which this early in the game is only 4.2 miles. But will be out there early. I think it is really working will.

Thanks Deb! I actually felt the same way you did and did not want to exercise, because I could not drag myself out of bed. But I have found that with the exercise I have much more energy.
So the last 2 weeks I have dropped .2 each week. I am hoping the running does kick in and I start dropping a bit more then that.

3 taco's with black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, avocado and salsa
Just kind of grazed for lunch and so it was not really a good thing, but not totally bad either. =)

Hi Deb~
My favorite sandwich as a child was a baked bean sandwich. Just loved it. So Saturday I baked beans and then had 2 other favorites with it. Cole Slaw and corn on the cob. Funny the hubster said our plates look like they should have a piece of bbq chicken on it too!! No need for that. The other was so good. I agree with you I am way more relaxed. I am doing the regular program and not stressing about every little bite. I actually have some nuts here and there and some Peanut Butter. But I think that is ok. I may do MWL again right now I just want to be on the regular program and get my exercise in. =) Have fun at your picnic!

No exercise as I have a knee bothering me so am trying to take it easy for a day or two to let it heal.

Ok, so our power was off for 6 hours, which means dinner had to come from the cupboard.
