Hi Anna! Thanks for posting. Yeah, what's that definition of insanity? "Doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results."
I woke up feeling really nauseous and it continued on and off all day. Can't figure out why because I ate so well yesterday. This happens sometimes to me and it's hard to pinpoint why.
Breakfast: not much - half a raisin/cinnamon bagel plain and tried to drink coffee but didn't feel well enough to drink much.
Snack: nectarine
Lunch - leftover Heather McDougall's rice, tofu, vegie dish; water; banana
Snack: two slices plain whole grain bread; cup of black tea
Dinner: water; pasta with spinach and chicken breast (I'm sorry but true confessions). I ate the chicken because my stomach was feeling so weird all day and I rationalized it by telling myself it would make me feel better. Dumber than S... I know. Fortunately or unfortunately, my stomach does feel better. Go figure.
I suppose this day's food log fits with Mark Bittman's Vegan til Six or whatever the title is.
