Breakfast: oatmeal, raisins, soymilk; English muffin with blackberry jelly; cranberry juice

Lunch: sweet potato; pears; leftover pasta with tomatoes and Italian seasoning

Dinner: eating at an Asian restaurant at the Mall. They have some entrees with tofu in them, so I will probably have that, with rice and vegetables.

It seemed like (no, I know for a fact) that I would get in a rut and fix the same old menus over and over. So I've been trying to find new recipes to fix. Years ago I tried wheat berries and enjoyed them plain. Give'm a try--wheat berries are nutty and chewy.

B: Cream of Wheat berries with Cranberries and Cardamom

L: Baked potato with salsa on top, salad

D: Wheat Berrie Vegetable Stew, banana

Good Morning all...

D - baked beans (recipe at www.pcrm.org) , beets and beet greens, and brown rice

S - maybe popcorn

B - Oatmeal

L - Large Salad, probably beans

D - Popcorn, large salad

I would rather type this in at night after I've already eaten, because sometimes I don't know what I'm going to eat! It makes me feel more accountable if I have to state what I actually *did* eat, rather than what I plan on eating, because sometimes it's not the same.

Good Morning Éveryone :D :D

B - Apple cinnamon oatmeal and an orange

L - Vegetable/brown rice soup and half a humus sandwhich.

D - I'm going to make the black bean sloppy joes on sprouted buns, and
serve with a salad and carrot juice. (I keep forgetting to mention the
carrot juice. We have it four times a week with dinner. :-D )
