At least 3 revolutions around my floor at work. This doesn't sound like a lot, but it's monumental considering what I've been doing...NADA...

This will be my third day in a row doing my 4 mile fitness walk! I love it So So So So MUCH! And guess what, the temperature dropped to FOURTEEN degrees today!!! Plus there is a thick layer of snow on the ground. I definately feel like a South Texan fish out of water. :)

There was a snowstorm here on Friday, so now there is a lot of snow here - and I started cross-country skiing for this winter! Quite early this year, usually I can start skiing in November or December. I went skiing on Saturday, Sunday and today, and it was so great! I just love winter and skiing :D

50 minutes at the gym. 14 on the ArcTrainer, the rest doing lower body, abs, and upper body. I'm up to 10 lb weights for my arms - woo hoo! That's a BIG deal for me; I never thought I'd get past those 8 pounders.

I love that I'm taking a weight training for women class at the local college. Without that attendance roster...why, I'm afraid it would be another gym membership gone unused.

Now, to get something moving on those days I don't have classs.....
