Yesterday I had to edit my post cause kept writing Thursday. Now today I went back in time!!!!! Must be all the mushrooms I eat! LOL

Got in 55 minutes today.
Did 5 min. walking, 45 min. jogging, 5 min. walking

50 minute nordic walk -- later 20 minutes weights, 20 minutes recumbent bike
