L: pasta with tomato sauce, roasted oeppers, garlic and onions, mixed green salad
D: lentil oat loaf, roasted potatoes and asparagus.
Tomorrow I'm going to a holistic health fair, hopefully it has some interesting exhibitors. Ended the week with 585 minutes of cardio.

I did 130 minutes on the treadclimber yesterday and another 130 minutes this morning.
Monday 3/30/2015 menu
B: oatmeal, blueberries, banana, chia seeds
S: apple and I got super hungry I'm not sure why so I had some natural peanut butter.
L: leftover of lentil oat loaf, mixed green salad
D: roasted potatoes, green beans, asparagus with a sweet potato, spinach "burger"

Tuesday 3/31/2015 menu
B: oatmeal, blueberries, banana, chia seeds
S: apple
L: bean burrito, rainbow chard with onions and garlic, baby bok choy
D: homemade 3 bean chili

Neal it was really disappointing. Mostly things like meditative chimes, protection angels, chiropractic, Tibet bowls, etc. More holistic less health.
130 cardio minutes this morning.
B: oatmeal, blueberries, banana, cinnamon

L: split pea soup, spinach salad
D: stuffed acorn squash
Lots of water, green tea and rooibos tea
I have Friday off so heading to VT. I usually go to VT 2 weekends a month but this winter was so bad I haven't been since January. We have a small cabin in the woods, so lots of hiking. :D

Boy I have not been keeping up on this journsl. Still 100% on plan. I'm trying to maintain but I'm still losing weight. I guess my body wants to be a little lower.
B: steel cut oats( I love oats) peaches, blueberries
S baby carrots
L brown rice, pinto beans, tomatoes, corn, spinach, red and green peppers, jalapeƱo, onions
D 3 bean veggie chili, side of steamed chard, 2 corn on the cobs
I got a new piece of cardio equipment, the bowflex max 5 and I'm in love :D

Thanks RAS. I wish everyone would try this way of eating on the other site. I see some of the stuff people recommend to others and I :crybaby:

B steel cut oats peaches and banana
S apple
L leftover 3 bean veggie chili over a baked potato
D sweet potatoes steamed, steamed chard, 2 corn on the cob...like candy yummy. Quinoa and mango with beans.
Matcha tea
Loose leaf white tea
Lots of water
45 minutes on Max and 75 minutes on elliptical.

I'm going to Washington DC for business meetings September 16 to 19th. The best part is I'm meeting my hero in the plant based world, Dr. Neal Barnard. I'm so excited!!! I'm worried a little about meals but I should be ok.
B: overnight rolled oats and barley, peach, banana and flaxseed milk
S: apple
L: salad with spinach, romaine, tomatoes, onions, black beans, corn and cumin seasoning with balsamic vinegar
D: baked potato, homemade 3 bean veggie chili
150 minutes cardio (90 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes on bowflex max 5)
Can't go to VT as I usually do on the weekends, have to get packed for trip and errand s for said trip.
