Walk 30 min on treadmill (30 min at 3.1mph random program)

A couple of "butt" exercises

Been raking leaves and pine needles most of the day. Finally got the front yard about done. It's calling for lots of rain tomorrow, so it will be awhile before I can begin on the back yard.

I think I was out there about 5 hrs.
My muscles feel like jelly right now. :wasted:
