I just wanted to say hang on in there. I have been doing this for 10 years and I still have 'issues' from time to time. I heard a Doug Lisle chat with Chef AJ and he said that Alan Goldhamer's wife got cravings after their daughter stored some ice cream in their freezer! She didnt succumb, but the cravings were there. We are none of us perfect, but we keep trying anyway.
