Hello everyone, can't wait to start!! My name is Jessica, I have tried and failed so many times at this. But here lately I can't ignore some of the medical issues that I am starting to have. I am in the midst of a big bought of depression and know my eating has played a part. I gained 30 pounds back on after loosing almost 70. A few years ago
I know I can get back to loosing that again and the rest of the weight that I need to. So I am ready, what better time to start, I am just starting a staycation for a week and a half with my husband, who is doing this with me too!!!
