Testosterone and weight training

Are there any natural ways to raise testosterone and increase sex drive as we age naturally? I read weight training can help this. What about OTC supplements / herbs? Are there any IYO that work and are safe to take? If yes, please relay your personal experience.

- Get testosterone tested
- Don’t rule out ED

Lots of psychological factors go into libido. Especially qualities of relationship.
Exercise is good for esteem and libido. So are improving other aspect of your life.

My testosterone tested, 1400 mg/dl (June 2022, fasting morning) Never before tested, so no baseline (59 yr).
