Has anyone had healing of toenail fungus with this way of eating? Is it diet related?

I currently have this issue. When I eat right my toes look better then I fall off the wagon with my diet and it never clears up . I just registered here so as to Help me stay motivated to see my eating / diet stays on track. I will post here when I see changes. From what I believe it’s all about your microbiology in our guts that need healing. Sugar = death
